- SelectaBell Plus dumbbells each: 4.5–25kg (10-55lbs) in 6 main weight levels and numerous intermediary settings
- Particularly fine weight adjustment of the dumbbells: Ability to set various uneven weights for either side. Positive effect: the imbalance allows you to train your wrist stabilizers with a maximum difference of 0.57 kg (1.25 lbs) for 25 possible weight settings.
